Middle Tennessee is the one remaining school that makes sense, as they have 6 home games already, an open slot, and September scheduled, meaning they can play an OOC game in October or November when UConn needs it. Don't know how UConn gets #11 and #12, but #10 seems likely to be MTSU.

The article also says there might be more changes to the schedule, which might mean something to do with UConn. Or maybe not.
