There's a few things going on in this thread, and others which are similar, making it so long:

1) There are a percentage of people that want schools outside the P5 to drop out of the FBS.
2) There are a percentage of people that want the AAC to blow up.
3) There are a percentage of people that want to see a rise in Independent Schools
4) There's the AAC fans throwing out a bit of schadenfreude
5) There's the Big East fans who want to throw shade at the AAC schools and trump up UConn as the new Notre Dame or BYU
6) There's reaction to all the above

Mostly just people tracking/discussing Uconn's scheduling agreements with some sour grapes from the "Uconn's dropping football!" crowd that fell on their face mixed in.
