really impressive. Huge improvementts. way overdue.

THe Mountain West as a whole has made amazing stadium improvemtns recently with more to come.

CSU has a new stadium.
UNLV will be playing in the Raiders new state of the art stadium.*
Hawaii is getting a new stadium
San Diego Sate is getting a new stadium*
and San Jose state is basically getting a new stadium.*

*Aren't going to actually happen

UNLV is already getting muscled out by the Raiders, they will end up stuck at their on campus.

San Diego St is in a system that isn't having in person classes. SDSU and Fresno have already stated that barring anything crazy, they will be having on-campus classes with some dorms (most SDSU students live next to campus in PPP housing) The stadium is predicated on a campus expansion that wasn't needed by their own study and was unlikely to survive a tight California budget that now is completely decimated Funds are already set aside. As long as the transaction clears before the FY, the appropriation remains. Main campus is packed, Mission Valley expansion is how universities in urban areas build out, it is letting private build and lease until all the institutional framework is ready for occupancy. They still have to survive the legal challenges coming from them robbing the city for the stadium to start. Fair market value, paying for things not even voted on (random bridge and outside site traffic improvements) and indemnifies the City on nearly everything. Sounds like a robbery to me. That vote measure isn't surviving. Already did, EIR is also approved, council has approved and mayor wants it done. Most likely outcome is SDSU ends up with the old place and aren't able to do.anything to it. Probably won't be long till the Holliday bowl moves too, the bowl and city are in financial trouble. If SDSU "ends up with the old place" it is absolutely coming down. Funds are already there for the new stadium, and the donors aren't done donating. They aren't leaving that stadium up. Holiday Bowl may go away, or go to PetCo if they don't want to play in the new stadium. It may bring back Poinsettia Bowl for all we know.

SJSU is schedule to finish the build in 2022/2023 for just the east side changes, reportedly doing it pay as you go, so we'll see how that turns out.

This entire post is either weak assumption or downright false. Good job.
