Is 35,000 seats enough for a prospective power conference candidate?

It still keeps them ahead of SJSU but I have to wonder.

The proposed sdsu stadium starts off at 35K but would be expandable to 50,000, capable of hosting an NFL team.
https://sdsuwest.org/facts/stadium

The 35K seat stadium would actually put sdsu on par with:
Boise State - Albertsons Stadium - 36,387
UNLV - Sam Boyd Stadium - 36,800

and ahead of:
Washington State - Martin Stadium - 32,740

At 35K seat stadium would actually put sdsu on par with:
Hawai'i - Aloha Stadium - 50,000
Stanford - Stanford Stadium - 50,424

and ahead of:
The rest of the MWC
Utah - Rice-Eccles Stadium - 45,807
Oregon State - Reser Stadium - 43,363
Washington State - Martin Stadium - 32,740

So a 35K seat stadium is a good start.

“A 35k seat stadium puts SDSU ahead of the rest of the MWC”—wrong.
Air Force-45k, Fresno 45k, Colorado St-42k, New Mexico 40k, Hawaii 50k, also UNLV and Boise’s are bigger. They’d be smaller than 7 MWC stadiums with a 35k seater.
