Schools in Arkansas in the midwest region with the Michigan and Minnesota schools is not very good which where the unsettling what is causing all of this. I think they may want to be like FCS playoffs with conference champs with at large bids instead of regional. You have good D2 programs left out of the playoffs from each regions where one region is very weak.
