Three in Arizona:
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
Benedictine University-Mesa
Park University-Gilbert

One in northern San Diego County:
University of Saint Katherine

All of these are relatively new athletic programs. Embry-Riddle is the oldest, I am guessing 15 years, and is the AZ branch of the main campus in Florida. It's a private aeronautics school.

The other schools opened within the last 10 years I thnk.

There used to be an NAIA member Benedictine Springfield (IL) but they failed to maintain their physical plant and closed it instead of fixing it. At the same time, they opened a branch campus in Mesa AZ.

Park - Gilbert is a branch campus of an NAIA member Park University in Parkville, MO.

Saint Katherine is a new school run by the Greek Orthodox church. From what I understand, the only one west of the Mississippi. I believe they have money and plan to grow.

So who exactly is going to be left on the Cal PAC when this all settles?

The GSAC seems to be shaping into a CA division and an AZ division. That should be good for the travel budgets
The pdf mentioned UC Merced moving to D-II, can anyone confirm that? That would be another.
