Looks like region 18 which would give Snow another football team. Arizona schools must have rejected Community Christian College out of California since they are listed in region 18.

Even though credits from TRACS accredited schools are widely accepted now, PNWCC has an impressive list of schools with whom they have solid transfer agreements in place.

Yes, they have some of the area private schools like Northwest Nazarene, Corban, and Northwestern University, they also have state schools like Eastern Oregon, Lewis and Clark State, and Eastern Washington. Seems like the publics are typically slower to formalize transfer agreements with newer, smaller Christian colleges and take it on a case by case basis.

Also being in the Tri Cities is huge plus for this college. Easy to get to, nice climate, a fast growing area, easy and direct flights from anywhere in the West for students or athletic purposes. Nice city for a private Christian college.

Also, I’ve never found a definite answer on NJCAA requirements. They have accepted several members with non regional accreditation such as TRACS. I’m not sure if it’s on a case by case basis or automatic for them.

Yes, there are a lot of private schools listed. Arkansas Baptist was one of the several 4 year schools privates that are in NJCAA. I am going to see some more schools like Bismarck State to join NAIA soon. Now, NJCAA have a team in California and one in Washington.
