I can’t see way you will survive.

I don't disagree, but how many schools fit that criteria?

There are hundreds.

But I think it’s right only in the northeast where there’s too many of them and competition is fierce.

And where many of them have not adapted as well as schools in the Midwest. Many of the schools that end up closing seem to be essentially going business as usual right up to end. I see some trying to play the niche game, but operationally they are often run by clueless academic types who have no fight in them apparently.

Look on many NAIA schools rosters for many sports and you'll see they are heavy on international students, kids from growth states like Cali, Florida and Texas, and just look how large the rosters are. They are adapting and surviving. If a small, poor school in a town of 2,000 in Iowa, Kansas or Missouri can find a way to have 1500 resident students its inexcusable for a college campus in the Boston area to be sitting 75% empty because the morons running the place are too lazy or too dumb to go recruit where the recruits are. Inexcusable.

Bridgeport is a great exception. They are fighters there, and I respect them for it. There are other examples as well, but the mismanagement in higher ed is rampant.
