Those awards are usually based on how well you fill out a stat sheet over the season and not situational matchups.

I understand that, and I don't disagree that Knight will probably get it over Cacok. It would absolutely be the wrong pick though. Sure I am biased, but I can also step back and see why it is a joke that a player that leads the nation in rebounds and is 2nd in double/doubles doesn't make first team all conference. The only reason Knight averages 1 more point p/g is because he is a better free throw shooter. Cacok averages 6 more rebounds p/g, and has 10 more dbl/dbls. Nearly identical FG % and attempts. Knight's 2 blocks and 2 assists p/g have Cacok beat, but I just can't fathom how that outweighs Cacok's nation/conference leading stats. I guess I just have a different opinion of what filling out a stat sheet is.
