I believe that the roster turnover has been the biggest reason for the change in win-loss record this season. (Yes, yes 1st-time coach, new system...I know), but losing the majority of starters from last season combined with the recruiting class has resulted in a roster with probably 3 guys at the end of the bench with no business being on a D1 roster (Kalina, Brown, Etoroma). Would have been nice to give the freshmen & younger guards a bit more time to ease into D1 ball/new system.

At this point they have played less than 1/3 of one season so I don't really have enough evidence to judge the staff on. I will say that losing the best returning backcourt player is a killer.
