There have been plenty of former 4 and 5 star guys playing in this conference over the past few years. There is no reason the Cajuns can't land a few this year. If they are making the visit, there is a chance.

There is always a chance. It wouldn't surprise me if they got one. The majority of them are probably not signing with the cajuns though. Visits from 4 and 5 star guys, former or not, are pretty common. Signing them is uncommon.

Didn't South have a five star guy visit a few years back?

It was an unofficial visit to watch a practice if I remember correctly, because he really like our former OC (coached his older brother in HS I think). I don't think anyone took his visit seriously (by that I mean us having a chance to get him), though he did give us quite a few shout outs on twitter.
