Well, it obviously is making a difference in recruiting. The guy's able hold on to his team and sign good commits left and right. He's got to have a more compelling sales pitch he's delivering because we're not getting any activity outside of Twitter follows which doesn't mean anything. I noticed they started offering some 2021's so targeting recruits earlier. Got to find a way to land a few which will start some momentum and make it easier to pull guys in.
