All 6 of our eligible teams are bowling Tom, you are sounding like a teenage girl who didn't get invited to the dance...but you did, be happy you are going to the dance Tom.

Sending a conference champion to Montgomery for the second straight year, possibly against their wishes, is not optimal. And telling some teams, 'you can never go to TWO of the bowls that we are required to use to go to bowls' is not something that will stand without complaint.

With the way app showed in montgomery, Camellia will take them everytime they can...if they had the number one pick..this is deeper and some weird fetish you have with New Orleans and or the Cajuns. You can't force people tomwant you

The NO Bowl had the number one pick. They picked the fifth place team.

Its not weird or a fetish to try and open up the bowls to every team. Neither we or you are going to get a good bid to another bowl outside of our tie ins. So it is in our interest to ensure that we're able to maximize our bowl access within those tie ins.

For USA, we're banned from the top two bowls so long as ULL is 6-6. Win a conference championship? No better than Montgomery. Pure BS. Even though there are two closer bowls.

stAte tied for the conference championship. Their reward? A trip to Orlando to play in the 'who cares second bowl in the city' against a team playing in their home stadium.

App also won the conference. Their reward? Going to Montgomery for the second straight year. Doubt that was their first pick either.

Montgomery, Orlando, and Tucson are not the same level of bowls as Mobile or New Orleans.

If they can do that to App and stAte, they WILL do it to USA. And Texas State. And Georgia State. And ULM. And Coastal. Bank on it.

So long as there's some mechanism to prevent wholesale BS, I'm okay with ULL going more often than not. But 'more often than not' does NOT mean 'everytime you cobble together six wins'. But guys, you didn't deserve to play in New Orleans this year.
Let's say your crazy theory would happen and we strong arm Nola and get them gone...then what tom? We aren't going anywhere, what do you think will happen after we make mobile a mountain of cash on a bowl trip? You gonna strong arm them and kick em to the curb? Instead of striving to mimic our numbers for New Orleans you rather degrade them and "make it more fair" for others...I clearly see how you think and we won't ever agree on your idea of redistributing wealth, because that's exactly what this is...we have something you don't and instead of figuring out a way to get it you want to force it on people and change the rules tinhave it given to you instead of coming take it. Seriously it's been fun, enjoy your miserable life.
