It is a disgrace. I'm not sure that the powers that be even know the extent of it. I challenge someone of decision-making capability to drive by and tell me that is acceptable.

And they just announced that they will ticket and tow cars parked on the street. How about just opening up the several hundred spots that are littered with cargo storage containers?
