The city doesn't get behind any of the local schools when they are successful, so why would they get behind Towson? As for football, an FBS future is possible. There really isn't much of a future in FCS and Towson does have one plus, which is Baltimore.
So if Towson made a Cinderella run in the ncaa tournament you dont think Baltimore would rally behind the team? Thats too bad
