Burke was 5-8 in conference play; I'm not sure what everyone else is returning, but there is a lot Siddle has to do with this roster. I don't top 5 should be the expectation, but it is fine as a goal going into the season but it's too early to really have that discussion.

When the kid from Creedmoor was offered, Dodd commented on his Twitter feed. I gave up trying to decipher what kid's thoughts and intentions based off of social media years ago, but at the very least, that doesn't seem like that has already checked out.

I think top 5 is right for an expectation. Obviously, I'm a bit more optimistic than most but the CAA lost a lot of talent this past season, and all of a sudden we're one of the more experienced teams. Dodd would be a huge loss, and I don't really understand it. I think he could benefit a lot from our new style and also noticed him being happy for Pettiford's offer from UNCW. Maybe he saw our interest in Gibson and doesn't feel comfortable with the staff bringing in another guy that plays his position... so he's letting that be known... Who knows, but I'm a huge fan of Dodd and hope he decides to stay. That kid has a lot of upside.
