This class already has one grad transfer and a JUCO player, and are waiting on a decision from another grad transfer big. CB has done a good job building a team that has the talent to compete in the top half of the conference next season, and be a conference contender going forward. Whether that actually happens will determine his fate.

Does that even replace Cylla though, much less Cacock. If I were McGrath I wouldn't feel comfortable until I cut some of those players that weren't playing and had 5 or 6 of those JUCO's or grad transfers. The high school freshman you signed may be good but unless they are really good next year they might have to be good for the next coach or just transfer if he gets fired anyway. He doesn't seem to have a lot of urgency.
