82hawk - He needs to decide what type of offense/defense he wants to run and what type of players to recruit? Really!?! He's had years to figure that out. He needs to get busy getting his type of players regardless of the current roster. We have plenty of holes to fill.

I'm also disappointed he couldn't get any of the incoming recruits to stay committed. Sure, some were likely to transfer...but all of them?

Getting coaches is also taking longer than I expected. Based on his job acceptance speech, I thought he pretty much had his guys lined up. I guess not.

I'll relax but it sure would be nice to start hearing some positive things!
