Elmore is an interesting prospect for sure but like most mid major players has a few holes to fill.. He is a great shooting big man with a real instinct for the game,good defensive rebounder. Things that might not fit are his conditioning and overall desire to play defense. He is a lot better than Gettys right now and will help but if he buys into getting physical along with getting in shape he could be a special player. He reminds me a little of Brandon Clifford but not anywhere close to being that good yet.
