adding schools like jsu and eku would just make stAte and U-laf that more determined to leave. I have family in jacksonville and they say they would never think of sending their kids there to school..we need to add better or stand pat.

If it's a terrible place why do they stay?
What is so great about ULL and A State that separates them from EKU or JSU?

UTA? Can't say much about it as I never heard of it unless it mean UT Austin but most people in my area just call it Texas.

the town and the school are two different things...I could live in thibodaux but not want my kids to go to nicholls state. I'm sorry if you have no idea of the differences between those schools, there are many. as for uta, it's a pretty good school with a 12+ Billion dollar impact on the dfw area and can happily stand on it's own whether you have ever heard of it or not..if you cant imagine why stAte or U-laf and maybe a few others would want to bolt..maybe you should read up on the demise of the wac or the sw conference..not trying to ruffle feathers, just trying to add to the discussion..

ULL and Ark St aren't going anywhere anytime soon. And becoming more unhappy does not increase the chances.
