Uhh...since you are the one who provided us the documentation of Idaho's 4 year agreement, I would figure you would know the answer to that.
One can understand Mo St's reluctance to leave the MVC disbursement while the Wichita State run is being paid out. The MVFC isn't the same a the MVC, so Mo St can withdraw from the MVFC without withdrawing from the MVC for a couple years.

I don't run FOI requests at every school! Some make you pay for info that turns out worthless.
