JMU and MSU first and they will be given a deadline and told if you do not accept, we will be moving to the next team to invite. This will force a decision. JMU will have to decline knowing Liberty will get the invite if they they do so.

I am hearing nothing that suggests that Mo State has been given any sort of deadline or drop dead date. I was told they would be a great member but probably can't be ready to move this year, and that didn't seem to be any sort of issue.

Personally sometime after Arch Madness next year would be the timeframe IMO. We potentially have a top 2 Valley team next year, one that could possibly challenge Wichita State, another non-NCAA bid out of the Valley and the basketball boosters where the big bucks are would swing a lot easier.
