I have found in the past that the best way to learn things is to go outside the SBC and find the how shall I say this... "Wise old Owl, who talks too much"

My guess is that Dietrich and I have very similar sources on that side of the issue.

Well my source was outside the Sun Belt and in my own conference. The Winthrop University president was informing everyone that they know Liberty is leaving, Winthrop is leaving to go to the CAA, and that the Big South is going to have to look for new members soon before they become worse off than the WAC. The Big South will be no conference at all!!!!

It appears the Winthrop President just said that as fodder to perpetuate the move.
