When EKU started this exploration, President Benson said that this could be done to where EKU started playing FBS football in 2016. I believe that is the timeline he is working toward, hence why things seem to be progressing so quickly.

I can see it where we do upgrades to the current RKS with working on the private funding side of the house to obtain enough there to build the proposed three tiered stadium on what is now the visitor side. I can also see that being duel use, just like the Begley Building/RKS is now. He mentioned in the briefing to the athletic council about how one school made their stadium by putting it on the outside of the dormitory they built.
