RE: Most likely to make a run for the top?

ULM lost a lot.
Troy still has the same old coach :)
Texas St will be better on offense but defense seems iffy (though defense wasn't all it was cracked up to be last year)
NMSU is still rebuilding
Idaho is still rebuilding as well
Georgia St will be better but a year or two away from contending
Georgia Southern has a new coach but will probably win some like TXST and USA did last year
App St may struggle. Give them a couple more years.
UL is loaded but in this conference I wouldn't just assume they are top two. Strong chance but injuries can happen.
Can stAte shake off another coaching change yet again?
I think the Moaners have proven they are two totally different teams, one with a healthy Browning capable of giving anybody fits, and with out him, or hurt, pretty awful. No more Browning. ULM will finish in the bottom third.
UL on the other hand has had two difference maker quarterbacks in three successful seasons. I am pretty confident that Broadway will be his old self this fall, but we know he will probably be out for a game or two. We need to prove we are not like the Moaners and can win a game without him.
Quarterback Nixon I am told needs to get his grades in order, if he does it will be very interesting who will be number two in the scheme of things. Maybe situational number twos depending on the defense we face.
