I think stAte is being considered. Who from the ACC is going to bring a crowd? Pitt, Georgia Tech or B.C.? Not likely. Even fewer from an average Pac 12. You think Oregon St or Wash St is going to send a strong fan base to Shreveport? stAte will easily send over 10k and also give the bowl a local team to support.
