Other than that, let's play! For rival/geopgraphic purposes, I would love to see Mizzou in the north, USC in the east, and Miss. St. back in the west, and if you had the caveat above, that would not be a huge deal. Because of geography and culture, USC really needs to play Georgia and Florida every year, and I think Mizzou will really take off against UK and Vandy in the near future. They would still get to play Arkansas every other year under this format, anyway, and that is the only school I see them really caring to play.

Missouri wants a game in Texas as often as possible because that is part of their recruiting pipeline. I'm sure Louisiana would be important as well. While Kentucky would be a great rival for basketball the M. Tigers don't really recruit out of the state.
