Do you really think West Florida has aspirations of moving up to Div. 1-AA anytime in the near future? Won't happen for years to come. It will take years of building an alumni and fanbase.

Or if the right circumstances make it necessary. FAU and FIU werent supposed to be in the FBS in 2005 but due to confrence shakeups a opening was provided even though neither school was really ready.
