MTSU 106 (9 commits, 2 transfers)
NMSU 109 (15 commits, 5 transfers)
SHSU 113 (13 commits, 4 transfers)
WKU 114 (9 commits, 7 transfers)
FIU 130 (8 commits, 8 transfers)
UTEP 158 (3 commits, 1 transfer)
JSU 178 (2 commits)

Official 2022 C-USA Rankings

Liberty's 5 transfers is not correct. It has exploded in recent days, but they actually have 12 transfers now. 247 seems way behind on this stuff.

Liberty is doing well in the portal:

QB Charlie Brewer - Baylor
RB Dae Dae Hunter - Hawaii
WR Caleb Snead - Campbell
TE Bentley Hanshaw - BYU
TE Austin Henderson - Minnesota
OT Naasir Watkins - Kentucky
OT Reggie Young - JUCO
C Cam Reddy - Colorado St.
DT Dre Butler - Auburn
LB Mike Smith, Jr. - JUCO
CB Kobe Singleton - Southern Utah

JUCOS aren't treated like transfers on 247. They are included with the HS recruits to determine class rankings.
