Even if they lose to SU, I think San Jose State finishes in second place. It is hard to tell since they are going off average points and not won-lose record.

The key game today seems to be UTRGV vs. UIW. It looks like the winner gets the 6th seed in the tournament and the loser is out.

San Jose didn't do themselves any favors by drawing with Chicago State at this point in the season. I don't know if a change in seeding would make much difference if it ended up happening, as you would still be 1 or 2 and have a bye. You'd play different teams, but who knows what difference that may or may not make.

I am not sure how the conference tournament works for men. The women have divisions so its different.
Tournament seeding has come out and San Jose's draw with CSU earlier in the year did turn out to hurt them. With the loss to Seattle on Saturday, San Jose dropped to the 4th seed. They would have had the 2nd seed and a first round bye if they had beaten CSU.
Tournament Seeding:
#1 GCU
#2 Seattle
#3 Air Force
#4 San Jose
#5 UVU
#6 UTRGV
