There's been a lot of misinformation and politicizing of it. People are smart to be wary (and ultimately I would hope choose to get it). The only true antivaxxer I know of on this forum is ECUgrad07.

I only ask that those who refuse it also reduce their exposure to others until a vast majority of the country has it. But adults gonna adult.

Well, not planning on getting the vaccine. Of course, I never get flu vaccines either, even when my doctor asks if I’m getting one.

Would I take a vaccine that made me immune from getting the virus AND they knew what side effects there were and the likelihood of being afflicted with those side effects? Likely I would.

Here’s my rub, right now I know that if I get Covid I have less than a 1% chance of mortality.......are the risks associated with an experimental vaccine worth it that I would be in that 1%?

Hell, I have a greater chance of being injured in an auto accident, but I don’t cower in my house and not drive, nobody does.

Oh by the way, if the store sign says wear a mask, while I don’t like it, I put one on. Do I wear one by myself driving the car (some idiots do) or do I wear one outside on the golf course - of course not.

Oh yeah, masks don’t work on viruses except maybe if I cough, sneeze or otherwise slobber and spit it keeps those inside the mask. The actual virus - nope, they’re too small for the mask to contain.
