Maybe they’re right on this topic, but HFBoards is a terrible message board when it comes to things like prospects. When I read it a few years ago, it was basically Leafs fans making up lies to denigrate other teams’ prospects and prop up their own. That fan base made that site unreadable.

This site is filled with a$$holes, and somehow it's OK and desired by certain people here. The USCHO board is raving about LIU too, especially how their handling the transfer process and choosing the right players. Besides, the new LIU coach isn't a prospect. The site has raved about how he took graduate goaltender that transfeered, as not to the transfer years on inexperience. America East would need LIU if Hockey East ever broke up,. Just as UMBC's club team is mostly paid for. by the college.
