Drexel strikes big TV deal with NBC Sports Philadelphia
https://drexeldragons.com/news/2019/2/7/...vents.aspx

It was just announced today that Drexel will be televising 10 upcoming home sporting events on NBC Sports Philadelphia or NBC Sports Philadelphia Plus.

This does not include the upcoming Drexel/Delaware men's and women's games which will be on NBC Sports Philly as part of Delaware's TV package.

The 10 games include 3 MBB games, 2 WBB games, 2 wrestling, 1 WLAX, and 2 MLAX.

So starting Saturday, every Drexel MBB game and 3 of the last 4 WBB games will be televised.

This is a really big deal for Drexel, who was clearly lacking local TV exposure with the CAA losing their TV deal.

I'm just hoping that they bring in an NBC Sports crew and announcers to broadcast the game. I don't think that we want to be exposing Rob Brooks and Tubes to the masses.
