True. But unless the mids adjust their games as the goal posts are moved, they can expect to be left behind permanently.

But it's not "moving the goalposts" to not select (or highly seed) teams with glittery records that have demonstrably weak schedules. So it's not "gaming" the system to insist that teams schedule decent OOC teams, nor to give them a chance to play and beat better in-confence teams.
