Two problems.

Notre Dame isn't part of ACC football except for stealing bowl bids away from conference teams.

There's absolutely no way Louisville is higher in the pecking order than Miami & Virginia Tech.

I believe Wilkie came up with his three tiers and then presented each grouping in alphabetical order.
