That wording suggests that the county is thinking MPF which MAY NOT mean the open air single use BJCC stadium. Perhaps the final draft will be more explicit.

"The Jefferson County Commission during today's Finance Committee meeting unanimously approved moving a $30 million commitment for a new multi-purpose facility on property owned by the BJCC to Thursday's agenda.This is our share of a private public partnership that will include at 45,000 permanent seat stadium (expandable to 55,000 with temporary seats) and approximately 90,000 square feet of meeting space."

As bad as you want a roof ever that football field, it isn't in the cards...
