Sun Belt school "specialties"?
I'm curious if people here see their school's athletic program as being more centered around one sport (e.g. a "football school" or a "basketball school") and how you perceive the other member schools.

Personally, I consider Georgia Southern and App. State to be true football schools even though both have some strong non-football sports.

I consider Troy, Texas State, ULM, and Arkansas State to be somewhat in the mold of GS and App but somewhat more well-rounded and less football-centric.

I consider UL, South Alabama, Georgia State, UTA, UALR to be "balanced" athletic programs.

I don't think we really have what I would call a basketball school as a full member (I would call NMSU and WKU basketball schools).

My opinions are subject to change as I become more familiar with the league members.
