If Alabama loses to Missouri, it would depend upon how they looked. That being said, do they really deserve a chance to win the National Championship if they cant win the SEC Championship?

That would be a bold statement indeed by the Committee.

If Bama loses to Missouri they are out.
If Florida State loses to Georgia Tech they are out.
If Oregon loses to Arizona, again, they are out.
The safest of the top four right now is T.C.U. they are in if they beat a 3 win Iowa State.
It takes two upsets for Baylor to get in and that is if they beat a good Kansas State team.
It takes one upset for Ohio State to get in and that is if they beat a good Wisconsin team which has a superior run defense and matches up nicely with the Buckeyes.

As I see it Missouri has a 35% chance of upsetting Alabama. They run similar schemes both offensively and defensively and Alabama will be familiar with them and they with Alabama because of it. So it comes down to athletes. Advantage Alabama but not by a wide margin.

Georgia Tech controls clock and ball. Florida State is mistake happy. I give Georgia Tech a 50% chance of pulling that upset.

Since Arizona beat Oregon earlier this year I favor the Ducks slightly but on motivation only. We'll see.

There is still too much to be decided to feel good about any of the top 4 other than the Frogs.
