What is the benefit of picking up 14? It dilutes the payout amount from conferences. If you're adding UMass, then you're not increasing the profile of the conference.

I just don't see the benefit to adding above 12.

We would/should not go to 14 to add UMASS. This makes no sense for travel cost of non football sports.

If you will look closely at my post...Massachusetts (football only) so there's no travel cost for the other sports.
