NCAA - Power 5
I am sure we all read that the Power 5 plus Notre Dame are about to be given autonomy to set certain rules including stipends and recruiting rules. Other conferences will be allowed to follow if they want. Will be tough for smaller schools to follow the new rules which will open disparities in talent even more and make it very tough on the non-revenue sports especially on the men's side I'd think.

Vote was apparently 16-2. Interestingly enough, the 2 dissensions came from the Ivy League and the CAA. The Delaware president represented the CAA
