East - USA, Ga State, Ga Southern, App, UMass/Liberty/EKU, Troy
West - ULL, Ark State, Texas State, ULM, NMSU, Idaho.

Exactly. The West, as things stand now, is a much tougher division and the two best in the SBC over the last several years are in the West. I'm not opposed to a 12th member, but I see no need to rush to get 12 for the purpose of "equal" divisions when with likely deregulation, we can hold a CCG with 11. I would prefer to see the best two teams play in the championship and I would not be bothered if both came from the same division.
