I think for visitors flying into and out of the Spokane airport either having reservations within walking distance of the Kibbie Dome or staying in Coeur d’Alene would be advisable. With many close places requiring a two night stay and also jacking up the prices for that weekend, probably better off staying in Coeur d’Alene - but it is 85 miles from Moscow.
Coeur d’Alene sounds like someplace in France. We definitely don't have towns with fancy names like that in the south.
Speak from your own area. In South Louisiana we have tons of places with French names. Unless they are skiers I don't so a large group from any southern team going to Idaho. Sun Valley is awesome but your typical southern get away.
Actually several in Arkansas as well though most have Englishfied.
Arkansas itself is an English corruption of the French attempt to use the Quapaw name acansa meaning downstream people.
