If it just says that Idaho and the Sun Belt have an open ended agreement, then that is just standard operating procedure unless I hear otherwise.

Essentially the SBC and Idaho have a four year agreement running through 2017-18 for football-only membership. That membership is subject to review at the end of the 2015-16 season. At which time, Idaho's agreement can be extended/terminated. 13 is an option because Idaho won't be around that long.
