I think USA is a wildcard.

ULM lost a lot.

Troy still has the same old coach :)

Texas St will be better on offense but defense seems iffy (though defense wasn't all it was cracked up to be last year)

NMSU is still rebuilding

Idaho is still rebuilding as well

Georgia St will be better but a year or two away from contending

Georgia Southern has a new coach but will probably win some like TXST and USA did last year

App St may struggle. Give them a couple more years.

UL is loaded but in this conference I wouldn't just assume they are top two. Strong chance but injuries can happen.

Can stAte shake off another coaching change yet again?
