Am all in favor of Missouri State, however the NCAA will not play games on attendance:

Missouri State Football Attendance Average per NCAA
8,700 for 2013 (which an even number seems like an estimate, which is normally higher than actual figures.)
8,710 in 2012
10,804 in 2011
9,028 in 2010
9,570 in 2009
8,958 in 2008
The Sun Belt and it's member schools will have to help Missouri State to get their attendance up literally.
Potentially could schedule what could be predicted as well attended games later in the season and do some
promotional things for early season games. Let's not try any cash drops like Georgia State though.
