FCS is dying. When will the Montana schools decide enough is enough and go FBS?

No. Not going to happen. Pac-12 is not going to pick another Cal school 60 miles from Berkeley.

the Pac 12 has very few choices if and when they expand again and UCD is already in the Pac 12 footprint

Which is exactly why they won't get picked. Doesn't add anything in way of markets, cannabalizes existing market.

Pac 12 DOESN'T have to expand again. If they do, it will be iether from Big 12 country, or in 20 years if Nevada/New Mexico warrant expansion.
