McMurphy says:

Notre Dame will play home-and-home ACC games against Boston College and Georgia Tech along with two other ACC schools to be determined. Notre Dame will also play one game each against the league's remaining ten members.

As I read it, Notre Dame will make a scheduling commitment to play 4 ACC schools annually and with then rotate among the other ten members.

For the sake of discussion, let's assume that the other 2 schools are Syracuse and Pitt. That means if you are not BC, Georgia Tech, Syracuse, or Pitt and you are an ACC member, you get Notre Dame on your schedule once every ten years.

It doesn't seem like much of a concession from Notre Dame. Basically they're keeping on their schedule the teams they already play and then reserve one spot for an annual ACC game.

The article talks about ND's basketball schedule in the ACC -- not football.
