Potholes and Flats
Say you get a flat tire as a result of a pothole and it damages your car's rim where you have to get a new rim and service to realign the wheels. Do you think the jurisdiction where the damage to your car occurred owes some sort of financial compensation for repairing the damage because of their responsibility for repairing the potholes within their town limits? Anyone have any experiences with this?

This happened on a public street, not some parking lot......
