Stadium hinting at ACC 2020-2025 bowl schedule
ACC (11 bowls)
2020-25 lineup:
Orange vs. SEC/Big Ten/Notre Dame
Camping World vs. Big 12
Belk vs. SEC/Big Ten
Holiday vs. Pac-12
Fenway Park vs. American
Pinstripe vs. Big Ten
Sun vs. Pac-12
Gator vs. SEC
Military vs. American
Independence vs. Pac-12
Gasparilla vs. SEC
Figure Gasparilla will be a two year tie-in. Armed forces will likely be B12 vs Army twice, MWC Twice and AAC twice. ACC will likely be the backfill for the next 4 years.

RE: Stadium hinting at ACC 2020-2025 bowl schedule
The Independence Bowl is SO stupid now. The ACC will play the Pac-12 in a timezone neither of them share. W-T-Actual-F? Where are the fans in the stands for that game suppose to come from? Only the Sun Bowl has unconditional local support to fill a stadium like that.

Some deals are just for future leverage.
If you look at what's likely next year:
Playoff - Clemson v Michigan
Orange - Clemson, Syracuse, UVa, NC State (longshot) v. Georgia or LSU
Camping - Notre Dame, NC State, UVa, Miami, FSU v. TCU
Belk - NC State, Miami v. Maryland or Minnesotta
Holiday - Miami, BC, FSU v. USC or UCLA
Fenway - Syracuse/ BC/Pitt ( Temple)
Pinstripe - UVa, VT, Syracuse, BC, Louisville ( Purdue)
Sun - NC State, FSU, Miami, GT, Duke Arizona or Colorado
Gator - VT, UVa, Pitt, GT, Miami, FSU MSU
Military - WF, Duke, Louisville Cincy
Independence - NC State, WF, Duke, UNC, PItt VAndy
Gasparilla - UNC ECU for SEC school

I think under the new arrangement Vandy would drop to Gasparilla and some Pac-12 team plays in the Independence (perhaps California or Arizona or some such).

Yeah, it really should be C-USA West vs. Sun Belt or American West.

The Belk bowl seems to be moving up in the pecking order. I don’t remember it being #3. Surprised Camping World is so high up.

Not sure order has been established yet. My guess tiers may expand orange , top, mid and low

RE: Stadium hinting at ACC 2020-2025 bowl schedule
2020-25 Lineup... Will be interesting to see how the ACC pools these bowls into tiers my guess:
1. Orange (ESPN)
1a. Outback when Big Ten gets Orange slot. (ABC/ESPN) (2 times out of 6 years)
Top Tier
Campus World vs B12 (ESPN)
Mid Tier (3-7)
Holiday vs P12 (FOX)
Gator vs SEC (ESPN)
Belk vs SEC/B10 (ESPN)
PinStripe vs B10 (ESPN)
Sun vs P12 (CBS)
Lower Tier (8-11)
Independence vs PAC12 (ESPN)
Military vs AAC (ESPN)
Boston vs AAC (ESPN)
Gasparilla vs. SEC (ESPN) (I see us having this 4 of the 6 years...Must be some sort of agrrement when we are playing in teh Outback Bowl, AAC gets this slot???)
Other Backup slots
Birmingham???

I agree I would have liked to see the SEC/BIG12 or American for this.... I think this must be "Fallout, backroom deals" with the Las Vegas, BELK, Holiday Bowl shuffle... Pac12 wanted in on a P-5 Bowl.... Indy fit the bill, I am sure between the Indy and say the Detroit...Indy was a easier choice.

The Independence picks first in the low tier despite being the least attractive matchup and destination.

Maybe not... Will depend on payout I suppose....Maybe the Boston Bowl beats them out?? Good News is that we have 3 games agianst P12... However I would have liked to see another B-12 tie in.. But I bet the B-12 does not want to play in the INDY, Military,or Boston Bowls... IIWII...

Big 10, SEC and B12 announced the bowls per FBSCHEDULE.COM
What is Official (Six Bowls)
1. Orange
1A. Outback vs SEC if B10 goes to Orange
Campus World vs B12
Gator vs SEC
Gasparilla vs SEC
Pin Stripe vs B10
Belk Even Years B10 Odd years SEC
Five Waiting for official confirmation (For ACC & P12 still to announce new tie-ins)
Sun vs P12
Holiday vs P12
Indy vs P12
Military vs ACC
Boston vs AAC
My gut feel, ACC will likely follow the SEC model for placement.
1. Orange
1A. Outback
2. Campus World
3-9 (Allows bowls to request but ACC will be ultimate decider to avoid repeat years)
Last two 6 wins teams available.
10 Military vs AAC
11 Boston vs ACC
