Air Force Reserve Holiday Showcase
1:00 pm: Rhode Island vs West Virginia
3:30 pm: Dayton vs Tulsa
6:00 pm: Quinnipiac vs. Drexel

All games are played at the Mohegan Sun with us finishing off the triple header. It is a 1 day "tournament". There is no bracket just 3 individual games.

This one would be a nice win, but I think with the way we are stopping teams, this will be a tough one for us. I think it will be an entertaining fast pace game. The Bobcats are 2.5 point favorites

QU- 83
DU- 76

The other games:
I've got WVU winning 70-60
I've got Dayton winning 62-58

The game is not on TV. The only way to watch it is with a Pro Hoops Pro account. I have no idea how it costs because it's one of those shady companies that doesn't publish the price until after you sign up for an account. I think that the Paradise Jam was streamed by this same company too. So like last year, I refuse to pay for this, and will either listen to the audio feed or ignore the game altogether.

I created an account to find out how much it costs, and the cheapest is $29.99 for one month. If you pay for one year, the monthly price is a much lower $12.50. It is nice that most games are streamed online for free or with a reasonable payment for ESPN+.

Because Davidson's percentage got worse yesterday, you're third out of 353 in free throw percentage behind Incarnate Word in first and Hofstra in second.

Dragons win 92-83. They trailed by as much as 16 in the first half.

Alihan, after not starting, led Drexel with 26 points on 11-15 shooting.
Troy had 19, Cam a nice line with 18 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists, 4 steals

As always the defense needs to improve or the next couple games could be rough.

RE: Air Force Reserve Holiday Showcase
You attempted only 11 threes, which is your fewest since January 5, 2018 in an 87-82 win hosting Charleston. You attempted 1 three in overtime in that game, so your 10 threes attempted in regulation is 1 fewer than today. Including attempts in overtime, the last time you attempted fewer than 11 threes was when you shot them 1-6 in a 61-54 win hosting Charleston on January 9, 2016.

Can Bruiser come back as an Assistant Coach to teach defense? Spiker & Bruiser would make an interesting team.

I'm not great with this HTML stuff, but the best way to describe what would happen if Bruiser was an assistant to Spiker is to this is to click on the attachment below.

What a great win. Not sure what Demir did to be sent to the bench to start the game, but it worked. He responded well. This team has fight in them, which is great to see. No lead seems to rattle us too badly. It was nice to get the half time score to be as close as it was. Good thing nobody asks me for betting tips as I went 0-3 on winners in this "tournament". It is also the reason I do not put any actual money on sports.

DFL, he is an assistant at Indiana. We cannot afford him as an assistant. If we were not willing to hire an offensive guru under Bruiser, not sure why one would think we would do the same on the defensive side under Spiker. It is a pipe dream that will never happen. In this day of college basketball it is more important to have a good offense, than it is a good defense. The fact we look competent on offense shows progress. Yes it is year 3 but he had a huge puzzle in front of him, and he is on the right track.
